CAT TAX the cat that actually buys the cats

Every trade of CATTAX pays a levy. The levy buys CASHCAT on the open market and seals it in a vault with no admin key. Burn your CATTAX and you take your share of the vault with you.

§ I · The notice

There is already a token that says it buys Cash Cats.

It holds none. You can check its balance yourself in about ten seconds, and it reads zero. The claim is in the description and nowhere in the code.

CAT TAX is the version where the money is actually there. The buying is done by the contract, on every single trade, whether anyone is watching or not. The vault has no withdraw function for us. The only way anything leaves is a holder burning their tokens to take their share.

You do not have to trust the sentence above. The vault balance is a public number and this page reads it live.

§ II · The mechanism

Four moving parts. No committee.

I

The levy

Every buy and every sell of CATTAX pays five percent. It is written into the pool itself, not the token, so it cannot be switched off, waived for a friend, or raised on you later.

levy = trade_size × 5%
II

The collection

The levy accumulates in ETH and buys CASHCAT on the open market. Ordinary buying, same price everyone else pays. No private deal, no discount, no treasury allocation handed over quietly.

levy_eth → swap → CASHCAT
III

The vault

Everything bought goes straight into the vault. The vault has no owner, no admin withdraw, no upgrade path and no pause. We cannot take it out. Neither can anyone else. It only goes up.

vault_balance = Σ collected
IV

The claim

Burn your CATTAX and the vault pays you your exact share of the CASHCAT inside. Burn one percent of the supply, receive one percent of the vault. That is the floor under the token, and it is enforced by code rather than by a promise.

payout = vault × (burned ÷ supply)
§ III · The ledger

Read it yourself. Live.

These figures come straight off the chain. Nothing here is typed in by hand.

Awaiting deployment

Backing per 1M CATTAXnot yet levied
Levy collected to datenot yet levied
CATTAX burned by claimsnot yet levied
Circulating supplynot yet levied
This ledger goes live the moment the contracts are deployed. Until then every figure reads as unlevied, because inventing one would defeat the entire point of the page.
§ IV · The terms

The boring part, in plain words.

No owner

The token contract has no owner function at all. Not renounced later. Never had one.

No mint

Supply is fixed at deployment. There is no function anywhere that creates more.

Fixed levy

Five percent each way, set once. No setter, no governance, no exceptions for anyone.

No admin withdraw

The vault pays out to burners and to nobody else. There is no rescue function.

Published code

Token, vault and pool logic are all verified on the explorer at launch. Read them.

Standard token

The token itself is the same contract other tokens on this launcher already use.

§ V · What you are actually buying

Straight talk.

CAT TAX holds CASHCAT. That is the whole design. If CASHCAT goes up, the vault behind every CATTAX gets heavier. If CASHCAT goes down, so does the floor. You are taking a leveraged view on a memecoin, wrapped in a mechanism that is honest about it.

The mechanism is verifiable. The price is not promised. Those are different things and this page will not blur them.
